1. Authorized business use
The Hisense B2B Support Portal is provided for invited business users, service partners, administrators, and other authorized users. You may use the portal only for legitimate service, support, training, certification, and business collaboration purposes.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, using accurate registration information, and notifying the portal administrator if you believe your account has been misused or compromised. Accounts may be disabled if access is no longer authorized or if misuse is detected.
3. Portal content
Videos, documents, downloads, firmware files, certification materials, and related resources are provided for business support. They may contain confidential or proprietary information. Do not redistribute portal content outside authorized service channels unless you have permission.
4. Prohibited activity
You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, share invite codes or accounts improperly, scrape the portal, overload the service, upload malicious files, or use portal content in a way that violates applicable law or business agreements.
5. Downloads and shared links
Download links and video share links are intended for controlled access. Share codes, expiry settings, and use limits must be respected. The portal may log download activity for security, service quality, and audit purposes.
6. Changes and availability
The portal may be updated, suspended, or changed to improve security, performance, content quality, or compliance. Access to specific tools or resources may depend on assigned roles and administrator approval.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, which explains how account and service data is used to operate the portal.
